Owner Steve Price is the lead-designer on every single project. Being a General Contractor (retired) helps ensure his designs are efficient to build. Steve has over 28 years building and design experience including complex remodels & historical restorations in the UK, CA, NY and AZ.

Beautiful Space Co. / Beautiful Remodel LLC is a national award-winning architectural design company based in Arizona’s Metropolitan Phoenix Area. Steve’s designs have been featured on national TV and in multiple magazines, including Phoenix Home & Garden, Home, and Better Homes & Gardens, for his projects in Arizona, San Francisco, and New York.
Background
Born and raised in South Wales, Great Britain, Steve Price began his design-build career around age 12, when he helped remodel his parent’s 100-year old home. With a talented decorator/designer as a mother, Steve was exposed to a wide variety of design styles from an early age and received a healthy dose of remodeling experience in the process.
While in his twenties, Steve also became an accomplished musician, touring extensively with British band Hurrah! (Arista) in support of many acts, including U2 and David Bowie.
Ultimately however, Steve made design and construction his career, and since moving to the USA in 1990, has worked on a wide variety of high-end remodeling and historical restoration projects as both a designer and general contractor.
Steve’s pragmatic approach to design-build remodeling includes a keen focus on “the big picture,” taking into consideration space-planning, furniture layout, color, texture, lighting, and his clients’ daily routines & personal preferences, in addition to the main design and functional goals of the remodeling project. This ensures that his projects are specifically tailored to meet his clients’ needs, budgets, and lifestyles.
Steve’s 25+ years in the business has made him a firm believer that budget should not dictate the quality of a design. “With a good understanding of form, proportion, and the creative use of details, we are able to create something beautiful with even a modest budget.”
