Beautiful Space Co (a D.B.A of Beautiful Remodel LLC) is an architectural design practice in Gilbert, Arizona led by Steve Price, specializing in residential remodels, home additions, ADUs, and architectural re-designs. The firm is known for a highly personalized approach, long-term client relationships, and design solutions that balance architectural integrity with everyday livability.
Steve is the lead designer on every project at Beautiful Space Co. He personally completes field measurements, existing-condition documentation, design development, 3D renderings, construction drawings, and permit coordination.
As a former licensed general contractor with over 30 years of experience in residential architectural design and construction, Steve brings a depth of technical knowledge that informs every design decision.

A Personalized, Architecturally Grounded Design Philosophy
Design at Beautiful Space Co begins with understanding how clients live in their homes. Rather than applying pre-determined solutions, Steve takes the time to learn about routines, preferences, frustrations, and long-term goals.
Existing layouts are carefully evaluated, including circulation, storage, natural light, and spatial relationships. Design solutions are then developed to improve function, flow, and architectural cohesion.
Experience in Residential Design, Construction & Restoration
Born and raised in South Wales, Great Britain, Steve began remodeling at an early age and was exposed to a wide range of design styles through his family’s business. After moving to the United States in 1990, he worked extensively in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York, and Arizona as a designer/general contractor on high-end residential remodels and historical restoration projects.
Before fully committing to a career in design and construction, Steve spent several years touring internationally as a professional musician, opening for U2 and David Bowie. While creative in a very different way, that experience reinforced the importance of collaboration, discipline, and creative problem-solving—qualities that continue to inform his approach to design today.
